Once Upon A Time
Considering recruitment is all about people, we’d discovered just about the least people-friendly place you could imagine. Instead it was all about numbers; if you managed to pay people a little bit less, and charge a client a little bit more, it was considered a success. No-one thought about anyone’s happiness in the process, so everyone was disillusioned; the candidates, the clients, even the recruitment
staff themselves.
Realising that this wasn’t going to change, we decided to change it ourselves.
So we struck out on our own. Armed with an ambition to create a smaller, friendlier, more thoughtful place, and a mission; to Reinvent Recruitment.
