This is how it works for candidates in most places: come in, sit in front of a screen for an hour’s testing, have a quick conversation and then leave, having had almost no personal contact at all.
Not with us. With us, it’s all about personality.
So we’ve flipped the whole process round. We start with the conversation - and we don’t make it quick. We like to get to know our prospective candidates. We’re not so interested in what people can do, but what they’re like.
We know virtually anyone can learn Excel or Word but it’s much, much harder to learn enthusiasm and commitment.
We can do some testing, if called for, but that’s once the candidate is feeling much more relaxed and comfortable and the results are therefore much more accurate.
It’s this Personality Profile that makes us unique. We simply know our candidates better, so when we say “we have someone we think will be perfect” you know we mean it.
