We know some recruitment agencies pay different rates and what happens is this: one temp tells another that he or she’s on 50p an hour more although they’re doing the same job. The other temp gets cheesed off (quite rightly) and either walks out with no explanation, or takes it out on their manager.
That’s not a situation we’ve ever had to deal with.
We’re all about being honest and open and this is a theme you’ll see running through our whole organisation, whoever you are; candidate or client.
