Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled and highly motivated Recruiter to join our client’s Talent Acquisition team! As a Recruiter at the company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill the company's hiring needs. As acquiring talented people is growing harder, you will play a vital role for the company to stay competitive in the market.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or human resources, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. If you have a passion for finding untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping individuals find promising careers, we want you!

Role Objectives:

  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring targets and expectations

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a diversity of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent

  • Grow and nurture high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up

  • Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, polish, and implement innovative recruiting strategies

  • Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create and release job descriptions and announcements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the HR agenda.

  • Form recruitment goals and objectives 

  • Develop a sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs

  • Find passive candidates

  • Search resume databases for the most fitting candidates

  • Communicate with Hiring Managers

  • Learn the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies

  • Write and proofread job descriptions

  • Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting

  • Develop talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates

  • Use a multi-channel approach to recruit

  • Assess which sources bring the best candidates

  • Identify key recruiting KPIs

  • Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants

  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position’s requirements

  • Interview candidates following the company's rules and regulations

  • Adhere to laws, rules, and regulations

  • Adhere to personal data privacy regulations

  • Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in recruitment or human resources

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search

  • Mastery with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems

  • Proven experience administering various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)

  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements 

  • Passion about HR and Talent Acquisitionmethods

  • Ability to scan large volumes of resumes.

  • Some understanding and knowledge with Recruitment Marketing and strategies

  • Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as ATS and HRIS

  • Good time-management skills

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
